For our office in Barcelona, we are looking for a Forwarding Agent Sea Freight Export (m/f/d) to process worldwide freight destinations as soon as possible. Our office in Spain is made up of a young, dynamic and motivated team, that currently needs to expand accommodating the current business development prospects. Your new tasks:

Processing sea freight export orders: You will be responsible for the entire processing of sea freight export orders, starting with the receipt of the order through to invoicing.

Organizing consignment acceptance and shipping: You will coordinate the acceptance of consignments from the customer's premises and delivery to the shed. You will also ensure that the goods are shipped on time.

Customer and service provider support: You will be in close contact with customers and service providers to ensure that transport orders run smoothly and to clarify any questions or concerns.

Preparation and procurement of documents: You will prepare and obtain all the necessary documents for the export orders and ensure smooth document dispatch, invoicing and filing.

Your profile:

• Forwarding agents with completed training
• Relevant professional experience in sea freight export handling from A to Z (LCL/FCL)
• Good knowledge of English & Spanish (spoken & written)
• Detailed knowledge of logistical transport chains and Incoterms
• Independent and goal-orientated way of working
• Openness and ability to work in a team
